DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL WORKOUT?

Yes, we offer an introductory visit so you can experience the equipment and atmosphere before purchasing a membership.

IS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR GROUP CLASSES?

Our programs are adapted for all levels. The coach will always offer exercise modifications to suit your current fitness level.

CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Absolutely. Depending on your plan, you can freeze your membership for 7 to 30 days per year.

ARE TOWELS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Towels and sauna access are included in PRO and ELITE plans. For the BASE plan, this is available as an add-on service.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE FOR CLIENTS?

Yes, free secure parking is provided on-site for all Iron Point members.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO START TRAINING?

We welcome members from age 16 (with parental consent) and 18+ without restrictions.
